The Development of a Reflective Teaching Model for Reading Comprehension in English Language Teaching

چکیده

The main objective of the present paper is to develop a Reflective Teaching Model for Reading Comprehension (RTMRC) in English Language (ELT). In recent decades, concept ‘reflection’ has become widely used relation an effective teaching process various contexts, such as reflective teaching, practices, inquiry, self-observation, self-evaluation, and peer review. Although it accepted terms use, notion still broad confusing, since different meanings diversely areas education. Thus, first part provides overview numerous perspectives research fields on ELT reading comprehension, which contribute analysis, synthesis, summary RTMRC. second part, evaluation researchers’ methodology language provided. We have concluded that our model based literature review suitable instructional framework practitioners during process. Moreover, indicates stages RTMRC been identified are appropriate use learning comprehension.
